The slow burn that lasts all morning
Tea wakes you up differently than coffee does. The caffeine arrives slower, paired with an amino acid called L-theanine that smooths the ride. You get alert without getting anxious. The spike is a slope. The crash never comes.
Our Energy & Focus collection spans the caffeine spectrum. Assam and English Breakfast are the heavyweights, bold and malty, built for the 6 a.m. crowd. Yerba Mate sits in the middle, grassy and bright, with a lift that holds through lunch. Green teas like Sencha and Jasmine deliver gentler energy, better suited for afternoon focus or anyone who finds coffee too much.
Caffeine content in tea depends on leaf type, steep time, and water temperature. As a rule: Black teas deliver 40-70mg per cup (about half a coffee), Yerba Mate hits 50-85mg, and Green teas land at 20-45mg. Steep longer for more buzz, shorter for a lighter touch.
These are daily-driver teas. Brew them hot in winter, cold in summer. Drink them black or with milk. Pair them with breakfast or sip them solo at your desk. They do one thing well: they help you stay present.
Energizer is a customer favorite here. For sustained, jitter-free lift, our Black Teas and Yerba Mate Teas are the strongest options.
