Booth pickup is meant to be simple. Here's what trips people up most often.
Placing your order
How far in advance do I need to pre-order?
Order by noon the day before the market. We pack everything fresh the night before so we're not pulling from the booth supply while you're still browsing.
Can I add more at the booth when I arrive?
Absolutely. Grab anything else you like at the booth and we'll ring it up right there. Just let us know it's an add-on to a pickup order.
Pickup logistics
What if I can't make it to the market?
Email us at info@ybtco.com before the market and we'll either hold your order for the next one or ship it to you. No restocking fees.
Do I need to bring my order confirmation?
Nope. We pack by name. Just tell us who the order is for at the booth. We'll have it ready.
