Traditional Preparation
Measure
Use 1 teaspoon of English Breakfast loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to fully extract the robust flavors of the black tea.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 4-5 minutes. For a stronger flavor, steep slightly longer.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the rich and bold flavors of English Breakfast.
