What makes these teas calming?

Will Kava tea make me drowsy during the day?

Kava is very relaxing. While some people use it for daytime anxiety, we recommend drinking it in the evening until you know how it affects you. For daytime stress relief without sedation, try Body Balance or Chamomile Mint.

How long before bed should I drink these?

About 30 to 60 minutes before you want to sleep. This gives the herbs time to work and lets you build the ritual into your wind-down routine. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes with boiling water for full potency.
