Herbal tea isn't technically tea at all. It's a tisane, an infusion of flowers, roots, bark, and spices with no Camellia sinensis in sight. That also means zero caffeine, naturally. Our organic herbal collection is hand-blended in Salem, Oregon, using whole botanicals sourced from the traditions that discovered them.
Wellness in every cup
Egyptian herbalists prescribed chamomile for sleep as far back as 1550 BCE. Indigenous American healers used echinacea and passionflower centuries before European contact. Pacific Islanders have passed kava root hand to hand for over 3,000 years. Our herbal blends draw from these traditions, not as marketing language, but as actual ingredient sourcing.

Why "caffeine-free" matters here
Every herbal tea in this collection is naturally caffeine-free. Not decaffeinated, which means caffeine was chemically removed. Caffeine-free, meaning these plants never contained it in the first place. That makes them safe for evening drinking, for children (most blends), and for anyone avoiding stimulants entirely.
How to brew herbal tea
Herbs are hardy. Unlike green tea, you can't really over-steep them. Use boiling water (212°F) and give them at least 5 to 7 minutes. Longer steeps pull more flavor and more of the beneficial compounds out of the roots and flowers. Cover your mug while steeping to keep the volatile oils from escaping. That's where the good stuff lives.
