Measure
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Chamomile Lavender loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to fully extract the floral and sweet notes.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 5-7 minutes. Steep longer for a stronger, more aromatic cup.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the floral infusion.
