


Traditional Preparation
Measure
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Good Night loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to fully release the calming properties of the blend.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 6-8 minutes. For a stronger infusion, steep up to 10 minutes.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the comforting and relaxing flavors of Good Night.
