Every tea in this collection is naturally caffeine-free. Not decaffeinated, which means a chemical process removed most of the caffeine from a tea leaf. Caffeine-free, meaning the plants themselves never contained it. That's an important difference, and it's one we care about.
What's in this collection
This is your one-stop shop for zero-stimulant teas. It includes our full range of herbal tisanes (chamomile, lavender, peppermint, ginger), our rooibos blends from South Africa, and specialty formulations designed for specific needs. Whether you're winding down before bed, staying hydrated during pregnancy, or just prefer to skip the caffeine, everything here works for you.
Why people go caffeine-free
Some people are sensitive to caffeine. Some are pregnant or nursing. Some drink tea in the evening and don't want anything interfering with sleep. And some just prefer their ritual without stimulants. All of those reasons are good ones, and none of them require giving up flavor, depth, or complexity. Our caffeine-free blends prove that every time.
Brewing caffeine-free teas
Most herbal and rooibos teas are hardy. Use boiling water (212°F) and steep for 5 to 7 minutes or longer. Unlike green tea, these blends won't turn bitter with extended steeping. Cover your mug to keep the essential oils from escaping. That small step makes a bigger difference than you'd expect.
