Our best-selling Good Night combines kava root with passionflower, chamomile, and valerian, four of the most studied botanicals for sleep quality. Chamomile Lavender is gentler, built around Egyptian chamomile and French lavender for evenings when you need to unwind but don't need a heavy hand.

Not everything here is about sleep. No Worries uses kava and cinnamon to ease nervous tension without making you drowsy. Body Balance combines ashwagandha with other restorative herbs for sustained stress support. Lemon Ginger Mint is a bright, caffeine-free blend that calms the stomach and the mind at the same time.

Muscle Ease was formulated specifically for tension and recovery. Kava root acts as a natural muscle relaxant. Hibiscus and other botanicals support post-workout recovery. Kava is a root from the South Pacific that's been used ceremonially for over 3,000 years. It contains kavalactones, compounds that promote deep relaxation without dulling your mind.
