Measure
Use 1-2 teaspoons of South African Chai loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to fully release the blend’s bold and spicy flavors.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 5-7 minutes. Adjust steeping time for desired strength.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the warm, spiced essence of South African Chai.
