Who says immune support has to taste medicinal? During cold and flu season, we all reach for elderberry syrup, even though it's usually too sweet and sticky.
We created this Elderberry Immunitea Mocktail so the good-for-you drink and the one you actually want to sip could be the same glass. By using our Elderberry Immunitea as the base, you get the deep, jammy flavor of organic elderberries and echinacea without the sugar crash.

The power of purple
This drink is a powerhouse of antioxidants. We pair the elderberry tea with pomegranate juice, and the result is tart and complex enough to stand next to a red wine or a craft cocktail.
Three things make it work. The tea itself brings echinacea root and elderflower, traditionally used to support the immune system. Raw honey does the sweetening. It's delicious, and it's soothing for the throat. Then a splash of sparkling water lifts the heavy fruit flavors and keeps the whole drink light and refreshing.

Brewing tips
Elderberries are dried fruit, so they need a little time to rehydrate and release their juice. That's why we steep this blend for a full 10 minutes. Don't rush it! That deep purple color is exactly what you want.

It's the drink we'd hand you when you're fighting a cold, and the one we'd pour at a dinner party when you want something sophisticated in the glass.
