Traditional Preparation
Measure
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Chai loose-leaf tea per 8 oz of water.
Heat
Boil water and let it cool for a minute to reach around 200°F (93°C).
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, steep for up to 7 minutes.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the rich, aromatic flavors of your perfectly brewed cup.
