Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to fully extract the robust flavors and spices.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and spices, steeping for 5 minutes for a balanced brew or up to 7 minutes for stronger flavors.
Enjoy
Strain the tea leaves and savor the aromatic blend. For a traditional chai latte, simmer with milk and a sweetener of your choice.
