Traditional Preparation
Measure
Use 1-2 teaspoons of Leche de Mama loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 203°F-212°F (95°C-100°C) to release the tea’s full flavor and beneficial properties.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 5-7 minutes. For a more robust flavor, steep slightly longer.
Enjoy
