Measure
Use 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey Tea loose-leaf per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
Heat
Heat water to 195°F-205°F (90°C-96°C) to preserve the bergamot’s delicate citrus aroma.
Steep
Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust steeping time for desired strength.
Enjoy
